Fine Mark Expo, a production company based in Saudi Arabia, specializing in temporary and semi-permanent production for events and construction works, is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to join their team. As the Production Manager at Fine Mark Expo, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production activities from design to dismantle. This full-time on-site role in Jeddah entails managing site recce, floor planning, woodworking, foam production, and printing. Working closely with the team, you will ensure that events and construction projects are executed with precision and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include production planning to meet demand and ensure timely delivery, team leadership to foster a culture of accountability and growth among staff members, adherence to quality and safety standards in line with OSHA and ISO regulations, process optimization using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency while reducing waste. Additionally, budget management to control costs without compromising quality output is crucial. Collaborating across departments such as Procurement, QA, and Engineering is essential to resolve any bottlenecks that may arise during production processes.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong leadership skills along with experience in event planning and construction management. Knowledge of woodworking techniques, foam production processes, and printing methods is required. Previous experience overseeing electrical systems, audio-visual setups, furniture arrangements for events is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines are key attributes we seek. A Bachelor's degree in Production Management or related fields is preferred.
