As the Country Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen distributor and retail partnerships, and oversee key accounts to maintain strong relationships with retailers and e-commerce players. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior will be essential for refining sales tactics. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and expand the sales team for optimal performance while optimizing distribution channels for maximum reach and efficiency. Collaboration with marketing teams on brand positioning and promotional efforts is also crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 8 years of experience in sales, with 5 years in a leadership role within the consumer electronics industry. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's retail, distribution, and e-commerce landscape is required. Proficiency in sales leadership, negotiation, team management, and data-driven decision-making is essential. Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is necessary; an MBA is advantageous. Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
