We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships within the ITES, BPO, BPM, BPS, Contact Center Services, and IT Solutions sector. As the Business Development Manager, you will manage an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize revenue and achieve corporate objectives. You will develop and implement a strategic growth plan focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction while promoting the company's products and services to address client objectives and market needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include preparing sales contracts in compliance with legal and company policies, building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, generating sales across various services within the IT sector such as ITES, BPO, BPM, BPS, Contact Center Services, and IT Solutions. The successful candidate will meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets while developing strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers to drive new customer acquisition revenue growth in the assigned region.
