Head of Research & Development

As the Head of Research & Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing the R&D strategy in line with the company's objectives. This includes leading the formulation, design, and development of new products, managing the R&D budget effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master's or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field, along with a minimum of 20 years of experience in research & development within the Pharmaceuticals industry. You should have at least 15 years of experience in regulated market formulation development and a proven track record of successful product commercialization. Knowledge of regulatory standards such as DMF, CTD, cGMP/GLP, EU/US FDA guidelines, among others, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is also required.
