As an Operations Officer at flyadeal Egypt, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end management of Hajj & Umrah bookings and operations. Your responsibilities will include creating bookings, uploading passenger manifests into the booking system, and implementing after-sales changes as requested by B2B customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring schedule compliance, coordinating with Ground Operations and IOCC to manage flight irregularities, and providing real-time updates to B2B customers regarding flight changes.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer experience with airline industry experience preferred. Proficiency in booking and operational systems such as Skyspeed, GoNow, SkySchedule, Excel, and Pint is required. Strong operational and data management skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
