As the Revenue Manager at Four Seasons Resort and Residences, you will be responsible for overseeing pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization strategies. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a vital role in maximizing profitability and ensuring a competitive market position for the hotel. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. You will develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy levels, and overall revenue performance. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust inventory distribution across all channels to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring compliance with brand standards and local market regulations.

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Revenue Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management within the luxury hospitality sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in revenue management software such as STR and Opera, as well as excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required while Arabic language skills are preferred.
