As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all finance functions within the company. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, compliance, taxation, budgeting, audit, and treasury management. Your role will involve developing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models that are closely aligned with our business objectives. You will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reports, conducting P&L reviews, performing variance analysis, and tracking working capital to ensure optimal financial performance.

In this position, you will also be tasked with ensuring full compliance with SOCPA and IFRS standards while establishing robust internal controls and governance frameworks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as operations, supply chain management, and commercial departments will be essential to support decision-making processes and drive cost optimization initiatives. Monitoring key financial performance indicators (KPIs) such as gross margins, cost ratios, store/category performance metrics, and inventory levels will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategic changes.

• 10+ years of finance experience
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Knowledge of SOCPA and IFRS standards
• CPA or CFA certification
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical skills

• Lead all finance functions including FP&A, accounting, compliance, taxation, budgeting, audit, and treasury
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models aligned with business goals
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reports including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and working capital tracking
