As the Senior Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your designated territory or accounts. This role involves developing and managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, positioning GizaSystems solutions effectively, and identifying leads across all Lines of Business (LoBs). You will work closely with sales and presales management to bring in new client accounts, develop business growth plans aligned with customer strategies and Giza Systems' objectives, and ensure the implementation of account strategies for year-over-year growth.

In addition to managing customer communications and relations, the Senior Sales Account Manager will provide sales and marketing support by leveraging business understanding and market dynamics. You will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and winning new deals within focused strategy domains while bridging the gap between customer demands and internal teams. Maintaining up-to-date information in internal systems for reporting purposes, supporting bidding decisions with insights, monitoring project progress with Country Operations Managers and Project Managers, as well as overseeing order processing and collections are also key responsibilities of this role.
