Moreover, they will identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost revenue growth while staying abreast of market trends to develop innovative brand experience strategies. Working closely with the VP of Studio, the Managing Director will drive professionalization within the organization to support its ongoing expansion.
Qualified applicants should have proven experience in a Managing Director role within advertising or agency environments along with a track record of leading teams comprising over 100 individuals. The successful candidate must possess exceptional leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and interpersonal finesse. A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences through innovative solutions is crucial for this role. Proficiency in English is essential due to our international clientele base.
