As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager for the Middle East to support various marketing, business development, and communications initiatives across our regional GT offices. The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing relationships with key attorneys in the Middle East, serving as a point of contact for their day-to-day marketing and business development needs. Responsibilities include drafting pitches, proposals, and RFPs, coordinating submissions for rankings and awards, providing PR support through press releases and client communication, managing social media content creation, assisting with event planning and execution, supporting attorney on-boarding processes, collaborating with various marketing teams within the firm, conducting research for business development purposes, maintaining mailing lists and tracking spreadsheets, and handling other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with excellent prioritization skills, outstanding interpersonal communication abilities (both written and oral), flexibility in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
