As an Organizational Development Specialist at WTCO, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and developing processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include assessing the organizational development needs of operating, business, and functional units, monitoring salary structures and benefit schemes, as well as analyzing business structures, procedures, and processes. You will ensure that work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance systems and practices.

In this role, you will participate in developing short-term and long-term incentive plans for WTCO while contributing to the implementation of organization design projects. You will provide guidance on organization development best practices to internal stakeholders and recommend optimal organization structures for efficient workflow and resource utilization. Additionally, you will be involved in creating job roles, developing new job descriptions, approving compensation requests, conducting job evaluations, and collaborating with external consultancies on reward management programs.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.
