As the Talent Acquisition Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes within our organization. Your role will involve managing the entire talent acquisition lifecycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to finalizing contracts and conducting performance appraisals. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency in the recruitment process, ensure high-quality hires, and create a seamless employee experience from onboarding through performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Hiring Process:
- Streamline recruitment procedures to reduce Time to Fill open positions while maintaining efficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring processes.
- Craft competitive job offers to increase Job Offer Acceptance Rate and optimize negotiation strategies.
- Supervise phone screenings to maintain a high Screening-to-Interview Ratio and ensure only qualified candidates progress to interviews.

Candidate Selection & Hiring Manager Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate selection with job requirements for high Hiring Manager Satisfaction.
- Track new hire performance within their first 6-12 months to enhance Quality of Hire through data-driven improvements.

Onboarding & Orientation:
- Lead the New Joiner Orientation Program for a smooth transition into the organization.
- Focus on ensuring high New Joiner Satisfaction by providing comprehensive orientation and support during the onboarding process.
