We are currently looking for a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and expansion of key accounts and partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing relationships with clients and business partners to drive revenue growth. This position requires a proactive approach to managing accounts effectively while fostering new partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities include assisting in building strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction by providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities for service/product expansions within existing accounts, monitoring account health and performance, collaborating with the sales team on customized strategies for key accounts, identifying new potential business partners to expand our network, supporting partnership initiation processes, maintaining relationships with existing partners for mutual benefit, tracking partnership performance outcomes, conducting market research on emerging trends and potential clients/partnerships, preparing reports on market trends/competitor activities/partnership opportunities, supporting sales initiatives through proposal/presentation/client-facing material preparation, assisting in lead generation activities/negotiation processes/tracking progress towards goals/reporting outcomes.

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or equivalent experience), possess 2-4 years of experience in business development/account management/partnership roles, have strong interpersonal/communication skills for effective relationship-building ability to work independently/manage multiple priorities/strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
