We are currently seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The OD Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and cultural alignment at Heights. Responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments to identify improvement opportunities, leading change management efforts during transitions, designing leadership development programs, improving employee engagement initiatives, collaborating with HR on training needs identification, and implementing process improvements for increased efficiency and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field along with at least 3 years of experience in OD, talent management or change management. Strong facilitation, coaching and analytical skills are required for this role. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. Key performance indicators for this role include improved employee engagement and retention rates, successful implementation of leadership development programs as well as measurable impact from change management and process improvement initiatives.
