As the Contracts Manager at HILL INTERNATIONAL in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the Contracts Management Department. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing department operating structures and processes in alignment with project management methodologies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with awarded contracts across various key areas such as performance, guarantees, invoicing, change management, claims resolution, handover processes, defects management, and warranty obligations.

In addition to managing contract administrators within Clusters and Business units, you will assess the capabilities of existing contracts staff within client organizations and provide recommendations for optimizing roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be tasked with preparing a comprehensive knowledge transfer program for the Contracts Management Section to facilitate on-the-job learning and skill development. Your expertise will also be instrumental in reviewing change requests and claims before making recommendations for approval.
