The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in driving financial performance within the hotel while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual frameworks. Working closely with the General Manager, this position involves developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. The ideal candidate will partner with various teams to enhance finance operations and participate in relevant development programs to optimize financial performance.

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager include analyzing complex financial data to create reports and forecasts, solving problems collaboratively with team members, preventing potential issues proactively, managing staff effectively, and ensuring all necessary elements are in place for the team's success. Additionally, attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook, strong communication/negotiation abilities at all management levels are essential for this role.

The successful candidate for this position should hold a university degree in Accounting or Finance.
