As the Head of Construction Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle delivery of projects exceeding $500M across multiple developments. You will lead high-performing internal teams and external consultants/contractors to ensure that projects meet quality, schedule, and cost benchmarks. Additionally, you will develop and execute forward-thinking construction strategies incorporating smart and sustainable solutions while driving BIM, digital twin, and advanced digital delivery frameworks.
Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with design, leasing, and executive teams to align project delivery with strategic goals and market demands. You will champion modern methods of construction (MMC) and innovation across the portfolio while promoting wellness and ESG-aligned design throughout the commercial campus.
