Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Director will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.

As the Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing sales team focused on digital solution innovations tailored to target industries. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales within the public and semi-government sector by leveraging your expertise in urban infrastructure and proven track record in B2B sales. You will be tasked with designing and implementing sales strategies that target mega projects and smart city initiatives across Saudi Arabia, identifying growth opportunities, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and securing strategic deals to achieve revenue goals in high-growth markets.

In addition to managing the sales team and devising strategic plans, you will be expected to stay abreast of industry trends in Digital Transformation, IoT, AI, transportation, entertainment, and hospitality technologies. By utilizing data insights effectively and conducting detailed market analyses, you will develop innovative solutions that address urban challenges while maintaining relationships with major stakeholders in relevant industries. Tracking key performance indicators such as revenue metrics, pipeline development progress, and acquisition costs will also be crucial aspects of your role as you deliver comprehensive reports, forecasts, and performance analyses using CRM tools.
