As the Director of Revenue at IBIS, you will play a crucial role in setting and effectively communicating the hotel pricing strategy by market segment based on market intelligence, buying patterns, and seasonality. You will provide guidance on pricing for F&B, Spa, and other revenue-generating departments while actively participating in the production of the hotel's annual budget for all revenue streams. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate forecasts for hotel room revenue by market segment on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as setting monthly targets for upselling revenue in front office and reservations departments.
Furthermore, you will lead strategic planning efforts and collaborate with various profit generation teams within the hotel to identify opportunities for driving incremental profit across Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams. By leveraging Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs effectively, you will optimize hotel profits through creating both short- and long-term forecasts that inform pricing decisions. Additionally, you will monitor economic indicators to develop insight-led profit generation strategies while maximizing room revenue contribution through comprehensive understanding of booking channels.
