As a Business Operations Specialist reporting to the Business Operations Head for APJMEA Region at IFS Saudi Arabia, your primary responsibility will be collaborating with the local Market Unit sales team. You will serve as a crucial point of contact for sales representatives on system access, CRM tools, and data management. Your role involves providing support in executing sales processes effectively while ensuring compliance at every stage. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in sales operations by offering guidance on processes, pricing strategies, and contractual matters.

Key responsibilities include analyzing pipeline data alongside the Market Unit team, preparing data for forecast calls on open deals, following up on deal actions with Sales reps diligently, coordinating post-sales activities with various departments during the sales cycle and service delivery phases. You will also liaise with the License Generation Team regarding customer orders and ensure CRM systems are updated accurately with all relevant documentation.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end sales processes within large software or technology organizations in Saudi Arabia. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic are essential along with previous experience managing CRMs effectively. Financial acumen is also crucial for success in this role.
