We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, you will lead and optimize production processes for metal and polymer additive manufacturing, ensuring high-quality standards, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include operating and maintaining additive manufacturing machines, managing production processes, overseeing post-production steps, developing production schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, collaborating with design teams, mentoring staff, supporting new product development efforts, and recommending process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering along with 4+ years of experience in additive manufacturing or related fields. Strong expertise in metal and polymer 3D printing technologies, proficiency in CAD/CAM software and production planning tools are essential. Additionally, candidates should possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
