As a Senior Sales Manager focusing on B2B Exhibition Sales, you will have the exciting responsibility of exclusively working on the Cityscape international market. Your role will involve managing exhibitions, engaging with high-value clients, and developing proposals to attract new assets. You will be expected to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills by effectively navigating challenging client relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders. This position requires you to act as an individual contributor, driving sales independently while managing key clients and actively pursuing new accounts within the European market.

Success in this role will be measured by achieving personal revenue targets, conference portfolio revenue targets, and new business revenue against set KPIs. You will also be evaluated based on the number of net new logos acquired, forecasting accuracy, pipeline conversion rate, and overall revenue/profit targets met monthly, quarterly, and annually. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales to the European market and possess exceptional skills in Salesforce operations and forecasting. Additionally, you should be committed to continuous improvement through embracing Sales Excellence practices and collaborating with the Tahaluf team to deliver innovative solutions.
