Inspire Selection is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner for an FMCG client in Saudi Arabia. The role involves providing strategic financial and tax guidance to the sales organization, ensuring tax compliance, managing financial reporting for sales activities, and aligning business strategies for optimal financial outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax regulations and financial planning, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include business partnership, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and strategic input. Requirements include being a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering and Taxation in the manufacturing sector. The salary range is SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.


Our client, a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner with expertise in taxation. This role is pivotal in collaborating with the sales team to provide strategic financial guidance and ensure tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax regulations and financial planning, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams to achieve optimal financial outcomes.

As the Tax and Finance Business Partner, you will serve as the primary advisor to the sales leadership team, offering insights to drive growth, profitability, and tax efficiency. You will work closely with sales, legal, and operational teams to understand business strategies and provide guidance on financial implications and tax exposure. Additionally, you will oversee tax planning for sales-related transactions and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.

In this role, you will lead financial reporting processes for the sales division, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closes. You will collaborate with the sales team to prepare forecasts and budgets aligned with overall financial objectives. Furthermore, you will analyse sales performance against budget targets, identifying key variances and working with leadership to address any issues.

The successful candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Business Partnering and Taxation within the manufacturing sector. A qualification in CFA or Business Administration would be advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing non-finance stakeholders effectively. An in-depth understanding of domestic and international tax regulations is required for this role.
