The ideal candidate for this position is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance Business Partnering and Taxation in the manufacturing sector. A qualification in CFA or a degree in Business Administration would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills, proven experience working with sales organizations, and an in-depth understanding of domestic and international tax regulations are essential for success in this role.
