We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects within the banking and financial technology sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on digital transformation, operational efficiency, stakeholder management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects through all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to align project goals.
- Identify strategies for optimizing project outcomes and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Proactively manage risks to ensure project success.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout all projects.
- Monitor project performance using data analytics tools and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Track project budgets while achieving cost-efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in project management within banking or financial technology.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with digital transformation projects highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
