As the Digital Marketing Manager at InterContinental, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital strategies to drive hotel revenues and increase online presence. Your responsibilities will include creating annual and quarterly digital activity plans, staying updated on market trends, and implementing effective digital and social media strategies using eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for the hotel's websites to maximize traffic from search engines and drive reservations.
In addition to overseeing website optimization, you will also be tasked with conducting audits of IHG.com, independent websites, and online shop websites to ensure high-quality images, content, links, and accurate translations. Collaborating with the revenue team, you will review hotel performance on digital platforms and execute OTA marketing tactics such as IHG Boost and Expedia TravelAds. Furthermore, you will supervise the Social Media team to ensure efficient performance on social organic activities.
