We are currently seeking an Operations Monitoring Specialist to join our Country Programs Division within the Operations Quality & Monitoring Department.
As an Operations Monitoring Specialist at IsDB, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the high quality of project portfolio data by developing effective processes for data entry. You will ensure systematic data cleansing, monitor data accuracy and integrity, and work towards enhancing the quality of data entry in the Operations Management System (OMS). Additionally, you will analyze and report on the performance of IsDB's operations portfolio data while ensuring quality and integrity through the application of standards and guidelines.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to establish support mechanisms for users of the project management system. You will provide active support to the Operations Complex Management by offering in-depth portfolio-related analysis and reports as needed. Furthermore, you will conduct regular project data quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of captured data. Your expertise in database management, business intelligence, project management, policy compliance, and stakeholder engagement will be crucial for success in this position.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Computing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations portfolio management and database management, we encourage you to apply for this role.
