Lead the entire cycle of the Recruitment Process (Requisition-to-Joining) for Managerial and Leadership roles by managing sourcing activities, conducting Headhunting and Executive Search, arranging Leadership Assessments, Selection Interviews, issuing job offers, Pre-Joining On-Boarding and Post-Joining On-Boarding activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.

Talent Market Research & Analytics

Conduct Talent Market Research to identify trends, insights, and benchmarks in Managerial and Leadership recruitment. Utilize this data to optimize recruitment strategies, outreach activities, and periodic recruitment analytics to continuously improve the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts at IsDB.

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top managerial and leadership talents for the organization. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing the full cycle of the recruitment process from requisition to joining. This includes proactively searching for suitable candidates through headhunting and executive search activities, conducting leadership assessments and selection interviews, as well as handling pre-joining onboarding processes. Additionally, you will be involved in talent market research insights, outreach activities, benchmarking exercises, and recruitment analytics to enhance our recruitment strategies.
