Senior Contract Manager

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of contracts across multiple projects. Your role will involve leading contract negotiation, drafting, and management activities to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Your expertise in risk assessment and stakeholder communication will be crucial in enhancing our contracting processes and achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead contract negotiation, drafting, and management for various projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
- Identify and assess contractual risks while providing strategies for mitigation
- Develop standardized contract templates and best practices
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or related field with at least 10 years of experience in contract management within the construction or engineering industry. Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements, excellent analytical skills, outstanding communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in contract management software/tools is required along with the ability to lead teams effectively. Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. Relevant certifications in contract management would be beneficial.
