We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee systems and business analysis projects within our dynamic and talented team.
As the Project Manager at JAWRAA, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the lifecycle of projects related to systems and business analysis. Your key role will involve ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and translate them into actionable project plans. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional teams consisting of analysts, developers, and business users while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align project goals.
In this role, you will also be tasked with identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum, monitoring project performance to ensure quality standards are met, and conducting post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to propose enhancements to current systems and processes for improved efficiency and user satisfaction while staying updated on industry trends to drive innovation in project delivery.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field with 5-10 years of experience in managing systems and business analysis projects. Additionally, certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification are preferred. Technical proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira or Trello is required along with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of system analysis methodologies and business process design.
