We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with industrial project experience to join our Project & Development Services (P&DS) team based in Jeddah. In this role, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for managing program delivery across multiple small to medium projects for a government client. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the procurement, design, and construction phases of various assets within a large program of projects.
As a Project Manager at JLL, you will report to a Senior Project Manager or Director and work closely with the team on day-to-day project delivery activities. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the development of client briefs and Project Execution Plans tailored to each project's specific requirements, managing design teams to ensure solutions align with client expectations and budget constraints, and overseeing the local government approvals process.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification along with SCE membership, and have at least 7 years of relevant experience in project management. Experience working on industrial and factory projects would be advantageous.
