Job Description

As a Marketing Officer at We Leaders, your primary responsibilities will include creating and designing posters, managing social media platforms effectively, conducting outbound calls to institutions and individuals with professionalism and courtesy, handling data entry tasks efficiently, distributing promotional materials like posters, attending program sessions to capture photos/videos for social media promotion purposes, and engaging with attendees/clients. You will work under the supervision of the Marketing Team Leader to ensure cohesive marketing strategies are implemented.

This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in design and content creation for marketing materials, excellent organizational abilities for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, as well as a proactive approach towards engaging potential clients through various channels. While this position is voluntary in nature at present, it offers invaluable hands-on experience in marketing within the educational sector.
