Our client, a major manufacturing Group in Saudi Arabia supporting various sectors including defense, is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This permanent position involves leading and managing supply chain activities across the region to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in meeting strategic objectives. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies, coordinating material flow, supporting financial management, and identifying risks while providing mentorship to junior team members.

The Supply Chain Program Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deploy supply chain strategies that align with performance goals, growth targets, and customer satisfaction metrics. Responsibilities include advising on supply chain matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, overseeing procurement activities, managing inventory control and distribution processes, as well as developing supplier relationships to support industrialization goals.
