We are currently seeking a Recruitment Panel Management Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Recruitment Project Manager or Field Manager, this role plays a crucial part in recruiting, onboarding, training new Panelists while maintaining high engagement levels and addressing any concerns during their initial period on the panel. The ideal candidate will work closely with management using the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool to track and monitor engagement activities effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes for new Panelists, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding successful applicants. The Recruitment Panel Management Executive will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with Panelists to ensure active participation in various research activities. Additionally, this role involves analyzing data trends related to engagement levels and implementing strategies to enhance overall panelist experience.
