Senior Construction Logistics Manager

As the Senior Construction Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the logistics elements of the Enabling Works package for a major mixed-use development project in Riyadh. Reporting to the Project Logistics Director, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Client Delivery Team and ensuring that the Enabling Works Contractors’ construction and logistics management plans align with project requirements. Your main responsibilities will include leading temporary utilities provision on site, managing logistics elements related to concrete batching plants, and supporting overall construction logistics activities.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BSc in construction management, engineering, logistics, architecture or equivalent field with a minimum of 15 years of overall construction logistics experience. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors. Proficiency in MS Office tools and fluency in English language are essential requirements.
