As the HR Business Partner for Saudi Arabia, you will collaborate with factory and functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness through the implementation of best HR practices. This position is pivotal in supporting Kerry's growth initiatives in a flourishing market, particularly focusing on operations in Jeddah. Key responsibilities include enhancing functional and leadership capabilities, driving organizational design and effectiveness, providing leadership coaching and team building support across functions, streamlining organizational processes for efficiency, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, supporting talent acquisition efforts, developing talent management strategies, and implementing Saudisation initiatives.
