As the Head of Research & Development, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the R&D strategy aligned with our company’s goals and market needs. You will lead the formulation, design, and development of new products while managing and optimizing the R&D budget for cost efficiency and timely project delivery. To excel in this position, you must hold a Master’s or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field with a minimum of 20 years of experience in research & development within the Pharmaceuticals industry. A solid track record of at least 15 years in regulated market formulation development is required along with proven success in product development and commercialization. Knowledge of DMF, CTD, cGMP/GLP, EU/ US FDA/ GCC/ SFDA/ ICH regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or other ERP systems is expected.
