A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Business Partner for their team in Jeddah. The main responsibilities include delivering the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, talent identification and development, implementation of effective HR strategies & practices, overseeing employee relations matters, implementing standards for human resources operations, and providing support to all departments/functions in the region.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must.

  • - Strong business acumen and tactical thinking.
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
