Identifying talents across the businesses and steering their development, implementing effective HR strategies & practices in areas such as performance & talent management, training, Organizational Development, leadership development, and recruitment. Overseeing employee relations matters by developing programs to enhance satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Implementing standards for human resources operations and providing support to all departments/functions in the region.
