Kinetic Business Solutions, a reputable recruitment agency in Saudi Arabia, is currently working with a leading Medical Device company in Jeddah to fill the position of HR Generalist - Saudi National. As part of our commitment to Saudization, we are specifically seeking a Saudi National for this role. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the organization by handling various HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters. Additionally, you will create onboarding plans for new employees and educate them on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations. Providing support to employees on topics like leaves and compensation, resolving any issues that may arise, maintaining employee files both electronically and in paper form, evaluating employee performance for appropriate pay scale adjustments are also key aspects of this role.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to administer compensation and benefit plans, conduct employee onboarding sessions, organize training & development initiatives, assist in developing human resource policies, and ensure overall compliance with labor regulations.
