As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies for the process improvement department to enhance efficiency, reduce material usage variance, and optimize processes across the organization. You will provide leadership and training in process improvement to all departments, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancement. Additionally, you will lead the team in achieving annual targets, establish KPIs to monitor progress, and provide regular reports on operational excellence initiatives.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharma or equivalent with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the Pharmaceutical Industry. Knowledge of current GMPs, change management principles, as well as regulations such as SFDA, ICH, FDA, and EU requirements is essential. Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with ERP Systems are also required. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
