Senior Supply Chain Specialist

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing order management processes and development to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include managing order processing, export shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries and returns, and promptly addressing customer queries. Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor distribution partner performance, oversee logistics activities within the cluster, develop and maintain Supply Chain Management SOPs, plan and manage 3PL activities, as well as prepare and communicate KPIs to stakeholders.

To excel in this role, candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Logistics. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service & Supply Chain roles within the pharmaceuticals industry or related field is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
