We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of driving account growth and client satisfaction.

As an Account Manager at Be Group, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive account growth. By identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, you will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets while collaborating with the sales team to onboard new clients and expand business.

In addition to client relationship management, your role will involve acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. You will communicate client feedback to relevant departments, enhancing our products and services based on performance reviews. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing account status reports, forecasts, and documentation as required, monitoring account performance metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, proposing solutions proactively, negotiating contract terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.

If you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred), proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of client relationship management strategies in the Saudi market, we encourage you to apply.
