We are currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team and take on the responsibility of Client Relationship Management. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Your role will also involve developing account strategies to achieve revenue targets, working closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions through effective communication and coordination between internal teams.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), along with proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of client relationship management and account growth strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You should also possess the ability to analyze data, create actionable plans, manage multiple accounts simultaneously with impeccable time management skills.
