We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Be Group (كن الرقمية). As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, developing account strategies to achieve revenue targets, and working closely with the sales team to onboard new clients. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions while monitoring account performance metrics and providing actionable insights.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred), along with proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of client relationship management and account growth strategies is essential, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills. The ability to analyze data effectively and create actionable plans is crucial for success in this role.
