As the Senior Manager - Capital Markets, you will play a pivotal role in providing deal support for both buy and sell side transactions within the region. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed cash flow modeling using MS Excel, preparing investment memorandums and presentations, reviewing lease agreements, creating cashflow projections, and assisting with investment analysis. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key investors across the GCC region and providing regular market reports in collaboration with research teams.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years of relevant work experience in addition to a strong academic background. Fluency in English is crucial, while knowledge of Arabic is strongly preferred.
