We are currently seeking a Senior Production Planner Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Production Planning functions, including maintenance and execution of the master production schedule to maximize plant resources and meet demand efficiently. You will organize and coordinate various sections of manufacturing while ensuring performance against estimates. Additionally, you will oversee effective planning functions to improve responsiveness, reliability, and service for customer orders.
As a Senior Production Planner Engineer at Krayr Solutions, you will also be tasked with managing purchasing and material planning functions for the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary to execute the master schedule. Collaboration with sales, operations, and procurement teams is essential to gather information on customer orders, inventory levels, and raw material availability for streamlined production processes.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, Supply Chain or Finance along with a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in Manufacturing Production Planning. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational proficiency, and time-management skills are key requirements for this role. Proficiency in using manufacturing resource planning (ERP) software as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is necessary. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are also crucial attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
