As an IT Manager at Lendo | ليندو, you will play a crucial role in overseeing IT operations to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing IT budgets by handling procurement, vendor relationships, and implementing cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will establish governance by implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices to align operations with regulatory and industry standards.

In this role, you will lead the IT team by mentoring and developing team members while fostering a culture of innovation. You will strengthen security by identifying vulnerabilities, enforcing security standards, and mitigating risks. Furthermore, you will manage infrastructure by overseeing IT systems, cloud environments, and network performance while optimizing assets through handling the IT asset lifecycle including procurement and inventory control. You will also enhance service continuity by implementing monitoring, backups, disaster recovery processes as well as supporting onboarding/offboarding processes for seamless provisioning and de-provisioning of IT resources.
