Senior Accountant

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team at Lucy Switchgear Arabia Co. Ltd. in Dammam.

As the Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the General Ledger by ensuring the accurate and complete recording of all transactions into appropriate accounts, including monthly/yearly accruals and prepayments. You will be responsible for maintaining Inter-company accounts, assisting the Finance Controller in preparing various schedules and reports for month/year-end, annual audits, LC audits, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. Additionally, you will oversee payroll activities and monitor Fixed Assets.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include monitoring daily transaction entries, posting accruals and prepayments, preparing VAT payable/summary schedules, reconciling inter-company transactions, maintaining fixed assets records (including physical verification), processing monthly payroll payments, assisting with annual audits and other reports/schedules as needed. The ideal candidate will have an Accounting/Finance Degree or Diploma with at least ten years of experience as an Accountant in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Axapta and MS Office is required along with sound knowledge of Accounting Principles.
