Managing 11 different prestigious brands in the region, including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, and Givenchy, LVMH Beauty Middle East covers a vast area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and India.

As the HR Business Partner for KSA at LVMH Beauty Middle East, you will be instrumental in driving the People Strategy for the Maisons/Brands you partner with. Your role will involve providing thought leadership, strategic interventions, and hands-on support in Talent Management, Culture Development, Learning Initiatives, and Organization Development. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the growth and development of our people align with the overall business objectives of LVMH Beauty in KSA.

Key Job Requirements:
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience working with luxury brands preferred
  • Experience in talent management and organization development
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
  • Masters in HR or related field preferred
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
